Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, public safety, and product integrity, we must adhere to a strict final sale policy. Once a cosmetic product has left our facility, we cannot ensure it has remained in sanitary condition. Natural products are sensitive to temperature and handling. We cannot guarantee the product's quality or freshness if it is returned and resold. While all sales are final, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. We will happily replace items if they are proven to be damaged or incorrect upon arrival. To request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, you must email us directly.
